This series of photographs features a gay man dressed in drag in scenes across various Brisbane landmarks and within his home. Brisvegas, commonly known psuedonym for Brisbane, echoes the essence of the city itself. Striving to be seen as beautiful, sophisticated, affluent, desirable. Yet it's truth is obvious. She is what she is, a little rough around the edges, ballsy, and with no attempt to hide masculinity, the diachotomy is confronting.
